SSL- or TLS-encryption

Data collection on my website

Cookies

Server log files

The website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to me in “server log files”. These are:

• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP-address (IP-addresses will be automatically shortened and thus anonymized. As an example, the following IP-address 11.22.33.44 is turned into 11.22.0.0)

This data will not be combined with data from other sources.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract.

Contact form

Should you send me inquiries via the contact form, I will collect the data entered in the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. I do not share this information without your permission.

I will, therefore, process any data you enter into the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before I receive your request may still be legally processed.

I will retain the data you provide in the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.

Plugins and tools

Instagram Plugin

My website uses a plugin from SMASH balloon in order to display my Instagram Feed on my website. My website is therefore requesting data from Instagram’s servers in order to correctly display my Instagram Feed. These requests make your IP-addresses visible to Instagram and Instagram may use this information based on their own Privacy Policy.

This site uses Google Analytics. For this purpose, cookies are used (see description further above) in order to analyse your activity on my webpage. This is done with the aim to further improve my offering.

Payment in my online shop

Paypal

For payment via PayPal or credit card via PayPal I will transfer your payment information to PayPal (Europe) S.à as part of the payment process S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter “PayPal”). PayPal reserves itself for the payment method credit card over PayPal the execution of a credit report. Klarna

For payment via one of Klarnas payment options I will transfer your payment information to Klarna Bank AB (publ), registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office under company number 556737-0431 and with registered office at Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm (hereinafter “Klarna”). Klarna reserves itself for selected payment methods the execution of a credit report.

Credit card

When paying by credit card, you agree that your data will be transferred to the credit company (Visa, Master Card, American Express). It is pointed out that the respective credit company can obtain a credit rating from you. I have no influence on that. The collection of data is justified for the implementation of the contract according to article 6 DGSVO.

Direct bank transfer

When paying in the form of a direct bank transfer, your name and account details (IBAN and BIC) are displayed and stored in my banking logs (bank statement and online banking).  I will not forward this information to third parties.

In case of any discrepancies between the German and the English version of my Privacy Policy, the German version shall prevail.
